Rauscher Farm Calendar Photo Contest
Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust and The Friends of Rauscher Farm are sponsoring a photo contest for a calendar to be published for 2014. We want to celebrate the natural beauty of Rauscher Farm throughout the year and capture it in photos to be published in a 2014 Rauscher Farm calendar. Anyone can enter.
The calendar photo contest starts January 1, 2012 and ends January 15, 2013. There will be a winning photo for each month. Each month an entrant may submit up to 5 photos taken on Rauscher Farm within that month, in consideration for that months’ calendar page. Pictures are due by the 15th of the following month for consideration.
For example, to be considered for the January calendar page, entries must be taken in January of 2012 and be submitted by February 15, 2012. One winner will be selected for each month. A winner for the cover of the calendar will be selected from all photos submitted. Honorable mention photos will be placed throughout the calendar. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges and announced after the end of the contest in February 2013.
Winners will receive a minimum of one free Rauscher Farm calendar. Calendars will go on sale in late 2013. All proceeds from calendar sales will go to the Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust-Rauscher Farm Fund to promote nature education programs, expand conservation activities, contribute to a planned path to Clamshell Pond, develop walking trails, and assist with farm maintenance.
By submitting a photo, entrants grant the right to the Friends of Rauscher Farm and Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust to use their photos in the 2014 Rauscher Farm calendar.
Photo Submittal and Technical Requirements
Please set your camera to its highest resolution and submit photos as jpg files along with the Rauscher Farm submittal form by e-mail to calendar@rauscherfarm.org
